Ritzo withdrawal policy sets out the rules for removing funds from a Ritzo account. • You must have a positive account balance that is not restricted by unsettled bets or promotional wagering requirements related to bonus funds.

• Credit or Debit Card: Min €25; Max €5,000 per withdrawal. Processing typically occurs within 1–3 business days after approval. Cardholder details must match the Ritzo account name.
• E-Wallets: Min €25; Max €5,000 per withdrawal. Processing commonly completes within 0–1 business days after approval, subject to the wallet provider’s checks.
• Other Methods: Min €25; Max €5,000 per withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal initiation.

Limits, Fees, and Processing Times

General rules applicable to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed in the account currency. If currency conversion is required, it occurs at Ritzo’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• A withdrawal processing fee may apply per method. The exact fee is disclosed during the withdrawal flow and may be updated. Ritzo reserves the right to charge additional fees for circumstances such as chargebacks or reversals.
• Processing times are as specified for each method. Weekend and local holidays may extend processing times.
